SUB-PROCESSORS LIST

We engage the following sub-processors to assist in providing the Mygom SEO service. Each sub-processor processes data strictly in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection agreements.

This list is maintained in compliance with our Data Processing Addendum (DPA). For more information about how we process your data, please see our Privacy Policy and DPA.

We will provide at least 15 days' advance notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor that processes personal data. Notice will be provided via email to account holders and by updating this page.

If you object to a new sub-processor, you may raise your objection within 14 days of receiving notice by contacting us at info@mygom.tech. We will work with you to find a reasonable resolution. If no resolution can be reached, you may terminate your subscription in accordance with our Terms of Service.

All sub-processors listed above are bound by data processing agreements that require them to:

• Process personal data only on our documented instructions.
• Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
• Assist us in responding to data subject access requests.
• Delete or return all personal data upon termination of the service relationship.
• Submit to audits and inspections as required.
